Here's how the CDS Services Block Program works
Just pre-purchase a Services Block of 20 hours or more. Your Services Block fee is calculated by multiplying the Services Block Size (in hours) by our Base Hourly Rate. The larger the Block Program, the more you save per hour - plus you receive the additional benefit of extra priority response!
The Services Block may be used for any of the services CDS provides: network, software or phone support, basic hardware repair, or special projects such as a server migration, custom training program or Intranet development project. The type of service provided, the experience of the practitioner, and the time of service determine the charge applied against your Block. When you run low on time, your Block can easily be renewed.
